Your power strip is most likely placed somewhere under your desk, which is generally out of reach. Should something happen, you’ll probably need to get down on your hands and knees to reset it. You can easily toggle the power for peripherals without having to deal with a pesky switch or risking accidentally shutting down your computer…..with your FOOT!
That’s right. If you want to stop power to a certain peripheral, you can do it very easily just by tapping the “foot pedal” on the strip. Nice
